What are your ratios?

Young Toddlers are 1:4 (adult to child), Older Toddlers are 1:6, and Preschool is 1:10.

What are your staff qualifications? 

Our staff not only fulfills the minimum requirement for Early Childhood educators, many of our staff   at Big Oak holds B.A.'s    in Education and Child Development.  We support the TEACH program and The Registry Credentials.  Big Oak provides a minimum of 25 hours of continuing education opportunities on-site, including CPR training annually.   

What are your parental involvement expectations? 

We have a parent board, and several key committees that require parent participation.  We schedule two work days each year, at which time parents are asked to rake leaves, paint, and do minor handy-work.

Do you offer drop-in or part-week care? 

We do not offer drop-in or part-week care.  We do offer part-day, A.M. or P.M. slots five days a week.
